This curated collection combines two of mom's most cherished delights: wine and chocolate. 

Each bottle of wine undergoes a reduction process, condensing its essence to a third of its original weight. It is then skillfully blended into a caramel or pate de fruit, harmoniously paired with chocolate ganache to complement the wine

Each bottle of wine is reduced to a third of its original weight in order to capture all its essence. The reduced wine is incorporated into a caramel or pate de fruit, and combined with a chocolate ganache to pair with the wine perfectly.

This collection includes 6 pieces in the following flavors (2 of each flavor):

• White Sangria: Pinot Grigio pate de fruit, dark-milk chocolate, and lemon ganache
• Strawberries and Champagne: bubbly rose caramel and strawberry caramel ganache 
• Red Wine Dark Chocolate: Cabernet sauvignon caramel with a fruity 64% dark chocolate ganache from Madagascar
