All orders will be ready for pickup/delivery/shipping on the date you select during checkout (which will appear in your confirmation email)- no additional email will be sent.
We guarantee the product arrives in perfect shape assuming the correct shipping methods were selected
We do not profit from shipping fees. The shipping prices you see are to cover shipping costs, and are as follows:

The shipping date can be selected in the checkout process- this is the date the items will be SHIPPED. We cannot commit to the arrival date as all UPS can experience delays, especially during holiday seasons.
Shipping rates are flat costs per package based on chosen shipping methods and value of order. If you are shipping to more than one recipient, then additional shipping charges will apply for each shipment.
ChocAllure is not responsible for orders returned due to invalid addresses, or delivery delays experienced by shipping carriers. We are therefore unable to offer refunds for those reasons. If the reason for a returned or lost package is through the direct fault of UPS, we will send a new package at no additional cost.
We only ship to the mainland US, and we cannot ship to PO boxes.
The map below provides an estimate for delivery times- please note these are business days and not calendar days, and there is no guarantee. Once the shipment has left our facility, the delivery time is out of our control.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, you can select a time slot for pickup. Be advised, that the goods might not be ready before that time slot.
Our in-store pickup hours are 3-7 pm every weekday, and 10:30-12:30 on Saturdays, by appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Items that have store pickup selected and are not picked up within 2 weeks of the pickup date chosen (the recommended shelf life) will be disposed of. Since items are reserved for each order, we are unable to offer a refund.
