Since items are perishable, and reserved for each order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been made, or offer a refund. In case an exception is made, refunds will be made without the 3% credit card processing fee which is not refunded by the creidt card company.
Each shipment will include proper packaging to ensure the product is delivered with the utmost quality. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so if there is an issue with the product, we will offer a full refund minus shipping costs.
ChocAllure is not responsible for orders returned due to invalid addresses, or delivery delays experienced by shipping carriers. We are therefore unable to offer refunds for those reasons. If the reason for a returned or lost package is through the direct fault of UPS, we will send a new package at no additional cost.
Items that have store pickup selected and are not picked up within 2 weeks (the recommended shelf life) will be disposed of. Since items are reserved for each order, we are unable to offer a refund.
