For those who adore hazelnut, pecan, or peanut praliné, these decadent chocolate jewels will be your new craving.

Our Chocolate x Praliné Hearts are made with 64% dark chocolate, paired perfectly with our handmade pralinés

Each chocolate jewel provides unique layers and textures:

(1) Peanut butter-pretzel: We combine slow-roasted peanuts with our handmade caramel pieces and process them into a smooth paste for 24 hours. We then create a smooth and creamy ganache by combining this gourmet peanut butter with blonde chocolate and cream.

This ganache is layered over our handmade pretzel praliné- we grind pretzels with pieces of caramelized sugar and browned butter for 24 hours, and then add some caramelized crepe pieces to give a chips-like texture.

(2) Pecan Pie: First, our signature brown sugar caramel is made with unrefined Muscovado sugar and French salted butter. This sits on top of a caramelized pecan praliné gianduja, combined with bits of caramelized pecans that provide a delicious crunch.

(3) Noisette: we combine 46% single-origin milk chocolate from the Dominican Republic with caramelized Piemonte hazelnut praliné for a rich and creamy ganache.
