Inspired by the classic dessert, Crème Brûlée, this bar incorporates 2 of its main components- vanilla bean and crunchy caramel. 

It is made of caramelized white chocolate (blonde chocolate), infused with vanilla bean, and combined with crunchy bits of caramelized sugar.
